gb99b Terms & Conditions — Rules Governing Use of Our Platform

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the gb99b website accessible at gb99b.io, including all sports betting, live casino, slot games, account management, cashier, and customer support features available therein.
• "gb99b", "We", "Us", or "Our" refers to the operator of the gb99b platform.
• "Player", "You", or "Your" refers to any individual who accesses the Platform, registers an account, or participates in any betting or gaming activity offered by gb99b.
• "Account" means the personal registered account held by a Player on the Platform, through which the Player accesses betting markets, games, and the cashier.

• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the reference time zone for all Platform operations, promotional periods, and settlement deadlines.

To access betting markets, casino games, or the cashier, a Player must register a personal account on the Platform. By completing the registration process, the Player makes the following representations and warranties to gb99b:

• All information provided during registration — including full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Bangladeshi mobile number — is accurate, complete, and current.

• The Player has not previously been self-excluded from the Platform or had an account closed by gb99b for a violation of these Terms.

gb99b reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Account registration does not guarantee access to all features of the Platform; certain features may be restricted pending KYC verification or may be unavailable based on the Player's location.

The Player is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account username and password. gb99b will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to an account where the Player has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their login credentials. Players must notify gb99b support immediately at [email protected] if they suspect unauthorised access to their account.

gb99b conducts KYC verification to confirm the identity, age, and residential address of account holders. KYC verification may be requested at any point during the Player's use of the Platform, including at registration, prior to the first withdrawal, or at any time gb99b deems it necessary for compliance or security purposes.

Players may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A government-issued photographic identity document — such as a National ID Card (NID), passport, or driving licence — issued by the Government of Bangladesh.
• Proof of residential address — such as a utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence — dated within the preceding three (3) months and showing the Player's name and address.
• Proof of the payment method used to deposit funds — such as a screenshot or confirmation from the registered bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account.

Withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of KYC verification. gb99b will not process withdrawals to any payment method that has not been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. Withdrawal Conditions: The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

The following general bonus conditions apply to all gb99b promotions unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available only to Players who have a fully registered and verified account on the Platform.
• Each Player is entitled to claim each promotion only once, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times through the same or multiple accounts will be treated as a violation of these Terms.

Odds and Markets: All odds are presented in decimal format and are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. Cricket Betting: Cricket markets — including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures — are settled in accordance with the official result published by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, or equivalent). In the event of a match being abandoned, reduced in overs, or declared a no-result, gb99b will apply the following settlement rules:

• Match winner bets in a match that is abandoned before the minimum number of overs required for a result will be voided and stakes returned.
• In-play markets settled before the abandonment or interruption will stand.
• Over/under totals and player performance markets are subject to the specific rules detailed on the relevant market page.

Live In-Play Betting: In-play bets are accepted subject to the availability of real-time data from the Platform's data provider. gb99b reserves the right to suspend or close in-play markets at any time. Bets placed after an event's outcome is determined — whether due to a delay in data transmission or any other cause — will be voided.

• Interference: Attempting to access, modify, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Platform's software, databases, security systems, or data feeds.

gb99b reserves the right to suspend or close a Player's account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms, a failure to complete KYC verification, suspected fraudulent activity, or a Player's own self-exclusion request. In the event of account suspension or closure:

• Pending bets that were placed prior to the suspension will be settled in accordance with their outcomes and the applicable betting rules.
• Any verified Real Money Balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the Player via the most recently used withdrawal method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and provided no prohibited activity is implicated.
• Bonus Funds and any winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon account closure in all cases.

• Any loss of data, account balance, or betting history resulting from a technical fault, data corruption, or unauthorised access caused by the Player's failure to protect their login credentials.
• The outcome of any bet, game round, or promotional event — all betting and gaming activity is conducted at the Player's sole risk.
• Any delay in the processing of deposits, withdrawals, or account verifications caused by the Player's payment provider, banking institution, or mobile financial service.
